# What parents and au pairs can do

> Understand which tasks belong to each household role.

A **Parent** invitation gives another adult permission to manage the shared schedule. An **Au Pair** invitation gives the au pair access to view it.

If a role looks wrong, check with the parent who sent the invitation before making changes.
