Reuse a schedule

Copy entries from the previous week or day.

Parents can reuse existing entries from Week View.

Copy the previous week

1. Navigate to the week you want to fill.
2. Choose Copy Week on mobile (Copy Previous Week on desktop).
3. Review the copied entries, dates, times, and assignments.

This copies the week immediately before the displayed week. It adds entries rather than clearing the current week, so check existing entries before copying again. If the source week is empty, the app reports that no entries were found.

Clone the previous day

On the target day, choose Clone Prev on mobile (Clone Previous Day on desktop). Review the entries copied from the day immediately before it.

Adjust the copied schedule

Edit entries for different pickup times, locations, or childcare needs. Copying a schedule does not automatically make it comply with your household rules.
